Cade77 here, on the Go bananas blog there is a post about a MiniMonos secret! Chimp found out that secret and he has done a blog post about it! Here is the post...
Do you know where some of our MiniMonos names and artifacts come from? Well Chimp discovered one of MiniMonos' best kept secrets!
There is a legend that MiniMonos Island is in the Bermuda Triangle. If you haven't heard the story about MiniMonos Island, here it is:
MiniMonos Island is situated deep in the Bermuda Triangle and because many people avoid going far into these mysterious waters, no humans have ever been on MiniMonos Island.
So the MiniMonos monkeys have evolved into the world’s most clever and playful creatures.
These monkeys understand the importance of making their island a beautiful place to live and play and they know that having fun is the best way to live a long and happy life.
Legend also has it that lots of mysterious things happen in the Bermuda Triangle. Compasses go wild, UFOs are spotted here more than any place on earth and boats and planes have disappeared. Sometimes the results of these things show up on MiniMonos Island.
On MiniMonos it is common for treasures and artifacts from boats, ships, planes, and UFOs to surface onto the reef, lagoon and beaches. Monkeys love putting these shipwrecked treasures to good use in fun ways around the island.
Other stuff washes up on shore, too, and makes a mess -– like plastic bags, tin cans and bottles. This is because some humans are careless with trash, and winds and the Gulf Stream (a big river with a very strong current that flows inside the Atlantic Ocean) carries it to the island. So the monkeys are quick to clean this trash up to keep their island running smoothly.
Well monkeys, one of our MiniMonos players, Chimp, discovered that some MiniMonos names come from planes and boats which, in real life, have disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle!
What artifacts, treasure and trash have you been using on the island that you now realize comes from the MiniMonos legend? You know how we monkeys love to recycle! Let us know in the comments here!
Wow! thats awesome! comment and say what these names are and what they are for on MiniMonos island!
