Think Thursday Scavenger Hunt

Hey monkeys!
Bananatastic has added another scavenger hunt to MiniMonos, but this one is a bit different :O Here it is:

Put your thinking cap on, it's Think! Thursday! We've created a scavenger hunt around MiMonos to spell out a very important word! Here are a couple hints to help you get started:

• Staff members have taken pictures on MiniMonos with their camera saying a letter

• All of these letters will add up to a word once found and unscrambled

• The pictures are hidden on the staffs' MiMonos photo galleries!

• This word is related to something HUGE coming soon!

• Staff members who have taken pictures are: Bananatastic, EcoMom, Manx, Viper, MissDawg, Zinky, Badgerfox, Monty, Tuck, and Androidmonkey!

Start thinking and hopefully you'll be able to complete the hunt! Meanwhile, if you find a staff member on MiniMonos today, we'll give you 5 shells for being a fantastic, smart, eco-friendly monkey! :-)
